Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information Silent Ratchet collects through silentratchet.com and how it is used.
What we collect
When you request early access, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, company name, work email, phone number, company website, trade, approximate company size, the issues you select, your current scheduling or CRM system, and any optional notes.
When you email us, we receive your message and email address.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to this site. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to contact you about early access and to understand whether our services fit your business. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to operate: Tally (forms), Zoho (email), Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics), and Stripe (payment processing for customers). They process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
Text messaging
If you call a Silent Ratchet phone line and we text you back, we use your mobile number only to respond to that call and to any replies you send.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Retention
We keep early access requests for as long as they are useful for contacting you or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing hello@silentratchet.com.
Changes
We may update this notice. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
