These terms apply to your use of silentratchet.com. By using the site, you agree to them.
Early access requests
Submitting the early access form is a request for Silent Ratchet to contact you. It does not create a contract, guarantee availability, or commit either party to purchase or provide any service.
Services
Any services Silent Ratchet provides will be described and governed by a separate written agreement or order with the customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Site content
The content on this site is provided for general information. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Text messaging (SMS)
Silent Ratchet operates a demonstration phone line. If you call it and the call is not answered, Silent Ratchet sends one text message to the number you called from, showing an example missed-call acknowledgement. You can reply to that message. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
Message frequency: one message per call, no more than one per 24 hours. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that messaged you. After you send "STOP", we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and you will not receive further messages. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact hello@silentratchet.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
